CED Solutions Exam Pass Guarantee

1. To qualify for the Exam Pass Guarantee, students must attend the entire course and complete the Vendor Practice Test, which is an integral part of the course.
2. When the Vendor Practice Test is completed, the student will take a screenshot of the 100% completion, full name, course name, and course start date and forward that to [email protected]
3. Upon verification of the 100% completion, the course Certification exam voucher will be sent to the student the following business day in most cases.
4. Should the student not pass the exam, the student must provide proof of failing the exam.
5. The student may now: (A) re-sit the course within 6 months AND (B) upon proof of 100% completion of the Vendor Practice Test, receive a second Exam voucher.
6. Should the course materials or Vendor Practice test change before the student re-sits the class, the student will need to purchase the new course materials and Vendor Practice test.
7. The Exam Pass Guarantee will be void if a student requests a Certification Exam voucher without completing the Vendor Practice test. The student will need to sign an acknowledgement of voiding the Exam Pass Guarantee.
8. Once an exam voucher is provided to the student, CED Solutions is not liable for any scheduling errors, missed exams, forgotten exams, exam errors, or exams terminated by Pearson VUE during the examination process. Contact Pearson VUE for assistance with any exam issues.
