4. CED Solutions does not guarantee product availability. In the event a product is unavailable, student may elect to receive a $500 Best Buy® gift card in place of item.

6. Valid for US public classroom or virtual classroom courses with a minimum list price of $2,495.
7. Courses exclude CISSP, VMware, ITIL, Citrix and any course that is provided by a CED Solution's partner.
8. If the student fails to attend the course, a $500 deduction from the course refund will apply.
9. Courses purchased or to be reimbursed, fully or partially, using VA Benefits, Microsoft Assurance Vouchers or Cisco Learning Credits are excluded.
10. The offer is not valid with any other discounts, promotions, savings packages or private on-site deliveries.
11. Qualifying courses must be completed in Atlanta, GA or Online (RCT).
12. In the event that CED Solutions, LLC cancels a course in which an eligible participant is enrolled, CED Solutions reserves the right to place the participant in the same course in the same site (or other location mutually agreed with participant) within 12 months of original schedule date.
13. Offer void where prohibited. Offer is not available where prohibited by your company policy or any statute or regulation.
14. In the event that a student is ineligible to receive promotional item, a $500 deduction to the course price may be applied.
