3. Valid for all courses from June 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
4. Valid for US public classroom or virtual classroom courses with a minimum list price of $2,495.
5. ITIL, VMware, Citrix, CISSP courses are excluded.
6. Courses purchased, fully or partially, using VA Benefits, Microsoft Assurance Vouchers or Cisco Learning Credits are excluded.
7. The offer is not valid with any other discounts, promotions, savings packages or private on-site deliveries.
8. Qualifying courses may be completed in any authorized location.
9. In the event that CED Solutions, LLC cancels a course in which an eligible participant is enrolled, CED Solutions reserves the right to place the participant in the same course in the same site (or other location mutually agreed with participant) within 12 months of original schedule date.
